All reservations can be canceled with 7 days advanced notice.  There will be no refund of deposits for cancellations made with less than 1 week notice.

Due to the fact that you will be charged in the event you are late or do not show up, the reservation should not be made if their are doubts of making the trip. 

No refunds will be made because of poor fishing or swimming conditions, overcast skies, rain or chance of rain, or late arrivals or cold temperatures.

In the event we cancel the trip due to unsafe river conditions full refunds will be given.  A last minute phone call to check conditions would be wise, especially in early spring when conditions may be fluctuating. We reserve the right to move your trip to another should river conditions be too high, too low, or too cold for your scheduled trip.

STORE ARRIVAL TIMEs
Your reservation will hold your boat until 15 minutes after your designated store arrival time. After 15 minutes we will deem your group as a "NO SHOW" and continue with our busy schedule. In the event of a NO SHOW your deposit will be forfeit. Please be on time. Arriving on time will allow you ample time to load your personal gear,pay, take care of all paperwork, and use the restroom before orientation. Everyone must observe the orientation. Because we have a tight schedule, we leave immediately after orientation. There can be no waiting for those who fail to take care of business before orientation.
